The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, in collaboration with the Federation of Cambodian Students Abroad (CamStudent), the CAMEX Community, and Sala Tech Digital Solutions (Cambodia), organized the “The 2026 Cambodia Higher Education and Study Abroad Forum” under the theme “Cultivating Priority Skills for Cambodia’s Future” on 23–24 May 2026 at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia, under the high presidency of H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sport. The event also welcomed the participation of H.E. Long Kim Khorn, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Cambodian Students Abroad, as well as national and international guests, senior officials from the Ministry, representatives of the Federation, the CAMEX Community, Sala Tech, higher education institutions, relevant organizations, education offices in Phnom Penh, teachers, more than 50 public and private higher education institutions in Phnom Penh, representatives of private companies and new businesses, alumni associations, and national and international guests.
